This game of hilarious comparisons which has won numerous
awards, is simplicity itself. Everyone receives five
red cards with a word or phrase on them, for example,
home work, itchy cloths, or bugs. On each turn the
players must select one from their five that they feel
is most like the word on a green card drawn by the
judge (for example, tasty or scary). Players get a
chance to explain and defend their choices, and the
judge decides which case is the most convincing. So,
which is jollier – penguins, parties, or blowing
bubbles? You can expect to experience a lot of laughter
and ingenuity when playing Apples to Apples!
