The latest movie trivia game is now playing. Now,
Cinplexity may not be up the hobby game store ally,
but we are pretty sure the Out of the Box line has
done well for your store over the years. Unlike most
trivia games that want players to come up with a
definitive answer, Cineplexity seems to give
players the flexibility to think outside the box. In one
case players are asked, “Can you name a film
which is considered a romance and takes place in
New York City?” Each round, players race to
name a movie that includes elements from two Cineplexity
cards. The players who is first to come up with a
title wins a point. With over 500 cards, consumers
have hundreds of hours of fresh movie fun. As usual
though, OTB does not pour the dollars into marketing
or advertising. Of course, they are at the major
conventions with great looking booths and product,
while passing out tons of perfectly produced catalogs.
