Played Whad'Ya Know at a convention, and the games
we played went particularly well. The game includes
the audience convincing the contestants to agree with
them, and the interaction was both knowledgeable ("I
took a naval survival course, and I know red worms don't
taste like pork rinds") and humorous (Audience
member: "I just picked an answer at random."
Contestant: "That's not a good way to convince
someone to agree with you."). I'm nicely surprised
at how much variety there was in how we interacted.
In the end, the most knowledgeable player did win ("Exactly
how do you pronounce that pharaoh's name? Oh, him."),
but it was a close game, and the
social fun was terrific.
And you get to play with a bobble head!
