[Out of the Box] refers to this game as "The Stock Taking-Deal Making Game" because players must wheedle or persuade each other to trade cards. The 61 Stock Cards are divided into 9 different companies. Each company has a humorous name and interesting slogan such as, "Big Brother Broadcasting – Watch Us Watch You." The object is to acquire at least a majority interest for all of the stock cards in one's hand. Players simultaneously and quickly trade cards to reach their goal. A typical game last 20-30 minutes.Our testers enjoyed pretending they were "day-traders" and trying to gain corporate control through wheeling and dealing. The game works well in mixed age groups and family settings.
